🚀 A New Fun Way To Get Fit 🚀
Hi, I’m Chief Instructor Tom and we’re doing something new and exciting here at CMA.
This is strictly for Men & Women in Canberra (Southern) area that want to get lean, fit and strong WITHOUT having to spend hours doing boring cardio or giving up wine on the weekends.
Crazy, I know.
Here’s the low down…
➡ You’ll be training with me and the PTs/Instructors at MY Club here in Woden, Canberra 3-4 days per week 😄
➡ Sessions will be designed to increase the metabolism and even burn fat for days after the workout
➡ You’ll have your very own coach to hold you accountable and support you through the entire process every step of the way🙋🙋
➡ Let’s not forget about the diet… this part is awesome because you get to eat the foods YOU love AND trim and tone the entire body in the process. 🍎 🍺
➡ It’s a 10 Week Program designed for everyday blokes who have had enough of the big commercial gyms… so no meat heads or Instagram girls in sight.🙅
➡ All your progress will be tracked so you can see how you improve through the program, which is essential for building your confidence. 👌 👍
There is a small catch… I can only take on 10 men and women for this project due to the small size of my gym and the detail and effort we put into each client.
Once the spots are gone that’s it.
And yes, there is a small investment but, it’s less than the price of a single 1:1 PT session (yep, the craziness continues!)
