Register for our next 6 Week Fitness Challenge.

When you take on a 6 Week Fitness Challenge with Canberra Martial Arts & Fitness, it’s the start of your fitness journey with the club.

Unlimited Access To All CMAFit Classes

You’ll get full access to all of our CMAfit classes each week as part of the challenge.

Challenge Group Sessions

Through the challenge you’ll have special small group sessions with you and your Challenge companions.

Martial Arts as Function Fitness

You’ll be encouraged, if you’re keen, to try some of our Martial Arts classes as a functional fitness inclusion into your progress.

Baseline Movement & Fitness Assessment

We’ll assess your physical changes, compared to the start, the middle and finally the end of the challenge.

Nutrition & Accountability

We’ll provide you the tools to make the changes in your life, we’ll track you through the challenge and make you accountable to yourself to keep training.

Personalized Fitness Changes

We all have little ailments and injuries, working with our PTs you’ll start to repair these along your fitness journey.
