Hapkido
The Korean stand-up self defence system that teaches you blocking, striking, kicking, joint-locks, take-downs and more, working towards the ability to handle close-quarters self-defence situations.
Taekwondo
The way of the Hand and Foot, this Korean martial arts style is one of the most popular in the world. Renown for its striking, kicking and more.
Kumdo
Kummooyeh, the Korean way of the Sword is a relatively low impact style that works to enhance your balance, footwork, hand-to-eye coordination – all the while teaching you how to use your sword as a weapon (in a Fun and Safe way).
Taekyun
A traditional martial arts, excellent for the development of general fitness, strength and agility, suitable for rehabilitation from and the prevention of certain injuries, and has uniquely dynamic footwork and kicks, making it beautiful to watch..
Epic Brazilian Jiujitsu
Spreading across the world, most recently due to the popularity of MMA fighting competitions – such as the UFC. The art itself is focus on ground grappling and fighting, learning to control your opponent using balance, body weight and control, all without striking.
Women's Self Defense
Throughout each year CMA delivers Women’s Self Defense courses for a variety of private and public groups. From introductory and beginners courses, the Women’s Self Defense program has evolved to include visiting Instructors.
