Gaby's Courses – What to Expect

Gaby focuses on technique and skills that are useful for everyday life, not just in the context of self-defence.

Confidence is a skill you can practise

Our Women's Self Defence program is a women-only space to build awareness, assertiveness, and practical physical skills. Sessions focus on recognising and avoiding risk, setting boundaries with confidence, and simple, effective techniques that work regardless of size or strength.

It's supportive, judgement-free, and genuinely empowering – a great place to start, with or without any martial arts background.
